Thank you for shopping with District Liquor and Wine. Please note that this policy applies solely to purchases made through our online store. Transactions made at our physical retail location are governed by a separate in-store return policy.

Pursuant to applicable federal and Florida state law, access to and purchases from this website are restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By visiting or transacting on this website, you affirm that you meet this legal requirement.

General Policy
District Liquor and Wine, a trade name of Rare Collects Wynwood LLC, is a Florida-based retailer specializing in the sale of premium and rare wines, spirits, and champagnes.
Due to the highly regulated nature of alcoholic beverage sales and the unique, collectible character of our products, all sales are final.
As a general policy, District Liquor and Wine does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been fulfilled. However, customer satisfaction remains a priority, and we may — in our sole discretion — review refund or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis under limited circumstances, as outlined below.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet been packaged or fulfilled for pickup.
Approved cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the order total to cover administrative and transactional expenses.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
District Liquor and Wine takes significant care in fulfillment to minimize the risk of damage or error. In the rare event of a problem:
— Customers must notify District Liquor and Wine of any material damage within forty-eight (48) hours of pickup. — Notification must include photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and its packaging. — Customers who receive merchandise inconsistent with their order confirmation should contact us immediately. — Where feasible, we will arrange for the correct item to be made available for pickup upon return of the incorrect item. — If the originally ordered item is no longer available, a store credit equal to the purchase price of the incorrect item will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to legal and product-specific considerations, District Liquor and Wine cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
— Opened or partially consumed bottles — Personalized, engraved, or custom-order items — Allocated, rare, or limited-edition products — Items purchased on sale or clearance
Refund Processing
All sales are final, and refunds are only issued on a case-by-case basis upon written request and approval.
To initiate a refund request, customers must email Rare@rarecollects.com within seven (7) days of pickup. Once a refund is approved by management, it will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the request.
Refunds are subject to a restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear on the customer's account, depending on the policies of the customer's bank or credit card provider.
